METHODOLOGY

Evidence before attribution.

This section explains how KOVUNELI separates verified public facts, institutional relationships, temporal overlap and geographic context.

VERIFICATION STATES

Every record carries a state

VERIFIED Supported by an accepted source in the KOVUNELI record.

REVIEW REQUIRED Requires additional review before being presented as verified.

ARCHIVED Retained for historical record and not treated as current state.

GEOGRAPHIC VERIFICATION

Area context is not an exact coordinate

KOVUNELI may display area context when a source supports it. Schematic positions and adjacency relationships never become exact public pins automatically.

EVIDENCE PROVENANCE

Not every verified fact has the same evidence profile

KOVUNELI records source type, record review date and time sensitivity. A primary official source is a page or record published directly by the institution responsible for the information.

SOURCE REGISTRY

Inspect the evidence trail from source to record

The source registry consolidates public publishers and links used by KOVUNELI and shows which records depend on each source without inventing publication dates or unrecorded classifications.
